Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at hello@murraysflames.ie if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — we’ll make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, email us before returning.


Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return it first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
