Shipping Policy — Murray’s Flames

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Ireland : 1–3 business days after dispatch

• United Kingdom: 2-3 business days after dispatch

• Germany: 2-3 business days after dispatch

Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal disruptions.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info (if applicable).

Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship Domestically, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom and Germany

Damages & Issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at hello@murraysflames.ie with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Shipping to the UK, no custom up to £135 after that starts from 2.5%. 
Shipping to the EU, there is no custom at all.
