1. Overview

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalised items.
