1. How should I burn my candle?
Trim the wick to 5mm before each use. Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn to prevent tunnelling. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
2. Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?
Yes. Every candle comes beautifully packaged and gift-ready. If you'd like to include a handwritten note, simply add your message at checkout.
3. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Ireland, UK & Germany.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Domestic delivery usually takes 1–3 days after dispatch. International delivery can take up to 10 days.
5. What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged in transit, use the 'Contact us' form with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Can I stock your candles in my shop?
