FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How should I burn my candle?
Trim the wick to 5mm before each use. Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn to prevent tunnelling. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

2. Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?
Yes. Every candle comes beautifully packaged and gift-ready. If you'd like to include a handwritten note, simply add your message at checkout.

3. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Ireland, the UK and Germany. We're working on expanding our shipping destinations — watch this space!

4. How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Domestic delivery usually takes 1–3 days after dispatch. International delivery can take up to 10 days.

5. What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged in transit, please get in touch via our Contact page with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

6. Can I stock your candles in my shop?
Absolutely. We love working with boutiques and retailers. Get in touch via our Contact page to discuss wholesale opportunities.

7. What sizes are available?
We've recently expanded our range! Murray's Flames candles are now available in a smaller size, perfect for gifting or trying a new scent, and a larger size for those who want the full experience. Check our shop for the full range.

8. How does the Loyalty Rewards Programme work?
Every purchase earns you points that can be redeemed for rewards on future orders. Simply create an account to start earning. The more you shop, the more you save — because our customers deserve to be rewarded.

9. Can I return my candle?
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We'll do our best to make it right — whether that's a replacement, refund, or exchange.

10. Are your fragrance oils safe and sustainable?
Yes. All fragrance oils used in Murray's Flames candles are phthalate and paraben free. We've also researched the environmental impact of our ingredients carefully — fragrance oils produce lower carbon emissions during production than essential oils, making them the more climate-conscious choice while still delivering the rich, lasting scents our candles are known for.
