1. How should I burn my candle?
Trim the wick to 5mm before each use. Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn to prevent tunnelling. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

2. What is the burn time of your candles?

• Soy Candles: Approximately 35–45 hours per 250ml candle, depending on scent and conditions.

• Beeswax Candle : Burns longer than standard soy candles, offering a slow, clean flame. Exact burn time varies, but you can expect a lasting, even burn that creates a warm, natural glow.

3. Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?
Yes. Every candle comes beautifully packaged and gift-ready. If you'd like to include a handwritten note, simply add your message at checkout.

4. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Ireland and the UK.

5. How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 1–3 days after dispatch.

6. What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged in transit, use the 'Contact us' form with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Can I stock your candles in my shop?
